The Darfur–Darfur Dialogue and Consultation (DDDC) launches website, www.dddc.org.
DDDC Launches Website July 1, 2008 EL FASHER, Sudan – The Darfur–Darfur Dialogue and Consultation (DDDC) today launched its website, www.dddc.org. Mandated by the Darfur Peace Agreement (DPA), the DDDC is a non-politicized process that enables Darfurians to voice their opinions and views to achieve sustainable peace and reconciliation in Darfur.
A source for DDDC news, events, consultation activities, initiatives, and more, www.dddc.org includes links to and information about the United Nations African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID), Darfurian Voices, DDDC Partners, and the Darfur Community Peace and Stability Fund (DCPSF). While www.dddc.org is now operational, it is still in development.
The DDDC appreciates the patience of visitors to the website as it builds and expands its work throughout Darfur and www.dddc.org accordingly.
